Tomcat’s XR Rider Scrubber-Sweepers are tough, compact Scrubber-Sweepers that offer the great productivity of Rider machines but with better maneuverability than Walk Behinds. The Tomcat XR Rider Scrubber machines have a powerful drive motor that can climb steep ramps and comes standard with heavy duty tires. Features of the drive system include: automatic parking brake and reducing of transport speed while scrubbing or reversing to maintain life of the squeegees.
The Central Command II systems on all of our Rider machines include: a LCD readout, on-board machine diagnostics, and 3 different hour meters. Also, if machine batteries become too discharged, the XR automatically shut down all systems except “transport”, enabling the operator to still make it back to the charge station.
The Cylindrical machines have the added benefit of sweeping up debris while scrubbing simultaneously. This eliminates the need to pre-sweep any area and increases productivity.
The TomCat XR floor scrubber comes with heavy-duty tyres and an automatic parking brake. Disk machines offer 50% more power than the cylindrical machines. On top of that, you can use special pads on a disk machine that are perfect for stone polishing.

The cylindrical option is perfect for environments with debris. Cylindrical machines will sweep up debris as it passes and throw it into the debris tray for easy maintenance.
The disk option has the lowest maintenance cost with more brush/pad selection. The brushes are individually driven for unmatched performance and the gimballed drivers improves cleaning on irregular floors.

- Disk – Gives you the option to choose between a brush or pad, has the lowest maintenance cost, improves cleaning on uneven floors, and individually driven brushes enhance performance.
- Cylindrical – Has superior grout cleaning abilities, it can scrub and sweep simultaneously, and eliminates dust mopping.
- EDGE – mainly used for maintaining and stripping floors (without chemicals), wet screens wood gym floors and boasts a 70% reduction in water usage.
