The Deutz twin cylinder FL2011 engine has a 7000 hour/or 3 year warranty from new, (whichever is first), it is one of the most durable engines in its class and defies the usual reliability issues associated with Diesel engine pressure washers under constant use.

The ICM CONTRACTOR can be built with either an Interpump or a Speck pump, depending on the customer’s preference. The Interpump provides a lower cost option for workloads of up to 500 hours per year; for workloads up to 3000 hours per year, the various different Speck Pump options are capable of withstanding this level of duty.

The machine is fitted with a torsional drive coupling mounted on the engine crank shaft, softening the start-up shock to the gearbox, which in turn reduces the ‘on-off’ stresses and ‘snatch’ effect that can occur with a conventional hollow to solid shaft drive at start up.

The integrated frame, chassis and fuel tank is constructed from 3mm steel plate, no plastic components are used in the frame at all, making the machine extremely durable and allowing it to withstand the rigours of site work or contracting.

The pneumatic wheels have a 40cm outer diameter making the machine manoeuvrable over rough terrain and providing additional vibration absorption whilst the machine is working.
